The primary reason I was able to get my gaming group to play Dragonbane was because there was a duck race that they could choose. Our very first party was nothing but Mallards, which brought joy to my heart. With my love of 3d printing, that gave me a huge opportunity to go out and search for duck miniatures to represent everyone's new characters.
Fast forward a year, and I am still constantly searching out duckfolk minis anywhere I can. I have quite a collection now, and I think I'm pretty well-versed in the best places to go online to find duck miniatures for Dragonbane, RuneQuest, or whatever other tabletop game has a duckfolk ancestry you can play.
(Though if you know of any I miss, please let me know in the comments so I can get them for myself!)
Starhat Miniatures

Starhat Miniatures is run by Darcy Perry, and he is the duck guy. If you want to 3d print a duck miniature, you need to head to his site and see if he has the STL for you. I mean, he even has a full roleplaying game called DuckQuest, which is hilarious to read. I haven't had a chance to play it, but I hope I can sometime. Goodness knows I have enough of the minis for a full campaign already.
Starhat has things from duck-trolls (drolls) to mummies to wizards, fighters, and everything in between.
The only problem that I've had with these miniatures is that because they're hand-sculpted (which I love) and then scanned, the edges of some elements are a bit…blurred. It can be a little hard to paint sometimes because hats, capes, gloves, etc. can blur into one another even though there's a lot of detail in the duck minis themselves.
BriteMinis

These are the cream of the crop for me. Not only do I love the BriteMinis style, but they're designed for supportless FDM printing. I can use a 0.2 nozzle on my Bambu A1 Mini and get some incredibly fine detail on these. When I need duck miniatures to fill out an encounter, these are my go-tos.
They're also one of the best sellers on my Etsy shop. So if you want some for yourself, I can print them for you and send 'em your way.
Papsikels

Papsikels outdoes themselves when it comes to their duck miniatures. Their duckfolk are detailed, high-quality, and incredibly distinct. I don't mind paying for STLs, and I've bought all of the ones here except for the rubber duck miniature.
I also worked with Only-Games.co last year, and they let me choose some minis to get and review. I had the Malloray and Daysee minis sent my way, and they're some of the best ones in my collection. Turns out, the actual duck miniatures I was sent are smaller than I scale mine up to, which is fine.
They're still beautiful and worth every penny, whether for the STLs or the pre-printed ones.
Titancraft

And then there's Titancraft, the custom miniature builder like HeroForge or Eldritch Foundry. The best part for 3d printers is that you can fully customize all the duck miniatures you want and download as many of the STLs as you want for free!
Yep, for free. You can pay for printing if you want, but if you want to 3d print your own ducks, you can do it without incurring a huge cost like you would at the other custom mini sites.
I mean, come on. Look at this.

Plus, and I may be wrong since it's been a while since I checked, the other two I mentioned don't have a duckfolk ancestry available. Which makes Titancraft even more impressive. They're certainly the most robust in terms of animalfolk ancestries of the mini makers that I know of.
Fenris Games

I came to know about Fenris Games late. Actually, it was on Bluesky when I first published this post did I get some replies being shocked at their absence. And taking a look at them, I don't know how I haven't run into them before. They even had a Kickstarter called Army of Duckness!
They're incredibly well sculpted, and I'm sad I haven't seen them before now. But thanks to everyone on Bluesky for pointing them out because the next time I'm ordering minis, these guys are on my list. I'm also following Fenris Games on Kickstarter to see when other campaigns launch and not miss them.
Epic Miniatures

Another group of duck minis comes from Epic Miniatures. These bandits were a little hard to print with my FDM printer, but eventually I got it tuned to where they look fantastic.
I had to scale them up just a shade, but that helped paint them with my not-quite-steady hand anyway. The sculpt on these is top-notch and even with my FDM printer, I can see a ton of detail in the finished model. Well worth the price of quackmission. See what I did there? Quackmission?
Anyway, next up…
TitanForge (Maybe)

Not to be confused with Titancraft above, TitanForge is a company of insanely talented sculptors who made some of the only official Dragonbane miniatures available. Unfortunately, I don't know if they're still available or not. I got them through The Adventure at MyMiniFactory, but they've changed years, and Dragonbane is no longer the theme.
This is the link I have to the product page, but I honestly don't know if there's any way to purchase from there.

If so, enjoy one of the best duck miniatures out there, Makander of Halfbay. If not…hopefully these will be made available again at some point. Either way, they look just like the art in the books, which is amazing.
Mutant Year Zero: Zone Wars

This is a skirmish game from Free League Publishing, and it comes with one of my favorite duck minis. It's not worth buying the whole game for just the one miniature, but if you plan to play it (and it's incredibly fun, like most everything else that Free League puts out), then it's a nice bonus.
It comes unpainted, so don't expect to pull it out of the box with the terrain tufts like in the picture, but the construction is solid and the mini is detailed and well-printed. Plus, as far as I can tell, this is the only place to get this particular duck miniature, so it's kind of rare compared to ones you can 3d print ad infinitum.
Epic Duck Studios

I have to mention Epic Duck Studios on this list, even though they're not the kidn of duck miniatuers I personally use. If you want rubber duck minis, they are the be-all/end-all. But if you want more anthropomorphic animalkin for your game, then they're not going to do a lot for you.
They're adorable at least, though I have no experience actually printing them. Maybe one day I'll see one I can't resist, but for the moment, the rubber duck miniature just isn't the kind that fits at my table. Maybe it does at yours, though!
And Elsewhere…
Of course, you'll be able to search around on Thangs, Thingiverse, Cults3d, or MyMiniFactory and find plenty of other duckfolk minis in case none of these fit your particular needs. I think, though, the ones listed here are the shining stars, where they have the best designs and are the ones that printed the easiest for me.
Resin printers would be different, sure, but since all I have is a filament 3d printer, ease of printing while maintaining high detail is something that matters a lot for me. And I can vouch for all of the ones here do just that. They're what my players and I use at our personal tables, after all.
